These Terms govern the use of VinaFabric AI Automation, a web application operated by Công Ty Cổ Phần Vải Việt Nam on the official domain thegioivaithun.com.

1. Authorized use

VinaFabric AI Automation is provided to authorized creators or administrators who are permitted to connect a TikTok account and manage approved content through the application’s review and publishing workflow.

2. TikTok integration

The application may use TikTok Login Kit and TikTok API capabilities that have been approved by TikTok and granted by the authorized creator. The exact capabilities available depend on the approved app products, scopes and creator authorization.

3. Creator responsibility

The creator is responsible for reviewing the selected content, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures and other publishing information before confirming an action.

4. Publishing controls

VinaFabric AI Automation is designed to keep public publishing behind the required approval and explicit creator confirmation. Content that has not passed the configured approval process must not be published through the application.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use VinaFabric AI Automation to publish unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, manipulate platform engagement, bypass TikTok restrictions, misuse access tokens, or perform actions outside the permissions granted by TikTok and the connected creator.

6. AI-assisted content

Some content or workflow steps may be assisted by AI. AI-generated or significantly modified content must be reviewed and disclosed when required by TikTok policy or applicable law.

7. Third-party services

TikTok and other third-party services have their own terms, policies and technical requirements. Continued use of the integration depends on compliance with those requirements and on the availability of the relevant services.

8. Service availability and changes

We may update, restrict or suspend features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance or compatibility with TikTok API requirements.
